Mite-Novice – The Shamrocks Hockey Incubator. A next step potential for the nurturing and developing of those graduates from Learn-To-Skate/Learn-To-Play ages 7 and younger that are best suited to the challenge of a next step class load but require additional skill development, focused instruction and seasoning prior to advancement to the rigors of our comprehensive Mite program.

This full season program features expert support and instruction as well as the introduction of appropriate game competition both in-house, through the Shamrocks Hockey League (“SHL”) and with outside games verses local and Canadian friendly rivals. Mite-Novice curriculum plays an integral and vital role in supplying our SHL with ‘hockey ready’ players as call-ups throughout the season. This level allows fun, confidence and skill to develop in synergy and propels our youngsters to great success at their next level.
